We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Zoho Services. Once you terminate your Zoho user account, your data will eventually get deleted from active database during the next clean-up that occurs once in 6 months. The data deleted from the active database will be deleted from backups after 3 months.

When a user closes his account, data will be saved in our servers for 45 days after which it will be deleted. In case you wish to delete all the data immediately, we will be able to do it for you.
Currently, we do not have an option for this in our User Interface. But, you can send us a mail to support@zohoanalytics.com from your registered email and we will delete the data for you.
